The blade is made from the same high carbon stainless steel as all premium Wusthof knives, except it is stamped instead of forged. The edge is laser-cut for consistent, razor sharp performance and a full-tang provides long-lasting durability and perfect balance for controlled use. The seamless, non-slip Santoprene handle is very comfortable for all-day use and has a large finger guard integrated on the heel-side of the blade.
