Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours (weekdays only). You will be emailed a tracking number when your order is shipped.
We take extra care in verifying all our orders as they are received. Please be sure to include complete and accurate information when you place your order so we can contact you without delay if we have any questions.
We regret that we are unable to accept international orders or orders shipped to APO and FPO addresses at this time. Our apologies for any inconvenience.
Spoons ’n Spice is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you feel that there was a problem with your order delivery, please contact us by phone at (801) 263-1898 or by email at [email protected] so we can initiate a lost package investigation with the shipper. If the shipper is unable to locate the package or provide documentation of delivery to your address, the resolution is at the sole discretion of Spoons ’n Spice. We cannot guarantee a refund or replacement depending on the outcome of the lost package investigation.
We want you to be confident that we will work with you to get the right product for your needs. Here are a few things to know if your purchase does not work out as you expected.
Spoons ’n Spice offers a 30-day return period. After 30 days, many of our products carry manufacturer’s warranties that can help you.
We will pay the shipping costs for you (unless the reason for return is a change of mind, you ordered the incorrect item, or you just prefer a different item—then you will pay the shipping back to us).
Some brands will have exceptions to the Spoons ’n Spice return policy.
Damaged or Defective Items:
All of Spoons ’n Spice’s products are sold new and we guarantee that your merchandise will arrive in brand-new, working condition. If damage occurs in shipping or if a product arrives defective from the manufacturer, contact us and we will replace the item at no cost to you.
For damaged items, please save the shipping box and all packing material and contact us at (801) 263-1898 or at [email protected] within 7 days or delivery. If you are present when your package is delivered and you notice damage, please inspect the item before you accept or refuse it (the shipper will wait while you inspect your merchandise). We will initiate a claim with the shipper and notify you if there will be a pick up or inspection. Please note that the claim may take up to 8 business days to complete. We will send you a replacement or issue a refund if you prefer.
Undamaged and Non-Defective Items:
If you have had a change of mind, ordered the incorrect item, or would just prefer something else, we are happy to accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Simply call us at (801) 263-1898 or email us at [email protected] to let us know, then ship the item back to us using a traceable and insured shipping method for your protection. Upon receipt and inspection of the item we will issue a refund of your original purchase price (shipping fees will not be refunded).
Holiday Purchase Policy
We want you to know that your holiday gift purchase will be covered by Spoons ’n Spice. From Black Friday through Christmas Eve all purchases will have a 30 day return period starting from Christmas Day of the year the purchase was made.
