Norpro Double Hamburger Press
This 4 1/2" diameter hamburger patty maker shapes 2 uniform 3/4" thick 1/4 pound patties. The press is made of a durable non-stick cast iron for lasting durability. The patty maker produces two quarter pound patties, but could probably make a 1/3 pound patty also. It may just be a little tall or squish over the side a little. The patty maker features a wood handle for comfortable use. The press can be used to make burgers, crab cakes and other appetizers.
