With its exquisite, natural Acacia wood construction, the Ironwood Rolling Pins, Set of 2, measure in at a long length of 24 inches and a thin diameter of 1.77 inches, making it ideal for large sheets of pasta or cookie dough, when re-rolls need to be kept to a minimum. The fixed handle design provides you with the most control and intimacy possible, so pressure and maneuverability are no longer an issue. Always know exactly how hard your pressing down and easily keep track of the dough's thickness. The handles allow dough to be rolled to exactly 1/8" or 1/4" due to difference between the width of the handle and width of the barrel on each pin. Keep your dough's fate right at the palm of your hands.
This product is made from Acacia Wood from Thailand, a non-endangered species that is not harvested from rain forests. In fact, we plant a tree for every tree we use.
After use, wash this product in warm soapy water and wipe dry. Apply butcher block oil on the product as the cutting surface becomes dry or after each use. Avoid soaking this product and do not use in a dishwasher.
