To brew 3 to 6 cups (8-ounces each), simply measure in the desired amount of loose leaf tea, up to half full (about 12-teaspoons) and pull the drawstring closed. Place into a teapot and pour in just-boiled water. Steep tea no less than 3 minutes to release its essential oils and maximum the brewed infusion with aroma and flavor.
