LorAnn Coconut Bakery Emulsion
This professional strength coconut flavoring can be used in place of an extract in any recipe. If your recipe calls for 1 tsp you would substitute the same amount of the coconut emulsion. An emulsion is superior to an extract because the flavor will not bake out when exposed to heat. This coconut emulsion is water based. You can use this to flavor cookies, cakes, sweet breads, frostings, fondant, fillings and more.
