It's sized perfectly for trussing rump roast (15 x 3.25-inch) or tenderloin (15 x 2.5-inch), and ideal for rolled steak, stuffed chicken, and turkey breast. Simply slide meat into the net sock before placing it in the roasting pan, pressure cooker, multi-cooker, slow cooker, or soup pot. Keep sock moistened with marinade or water. Do not exceed the maximum heat-safe temperature of 450-degrees Fahrenheit. To serve the cooked meat, allow meat to rest, cut the meat trussing net, and remove the meat.
