6200 feet up on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro, in the Moshi District, this unique coffee grows as a single, rounded bean inside the cherry. Unlike most other coffees that have two halves per cherry, the Peaberry’s structure causes the salts, sugars, and acids in the beans to produce a light to medium body with good acidity, a pungent aroma, and soft, slightly sweet finish.
