For fairly thick cookie dough, these durable cookie paddles will mix to desired consistency with your Bosch Universal Mixer. Dishwasher safe, these cookie paddles are easy to clean. Paired with the Bosch Universal Dough Hook, it is easy to add ingredients such as raisins, nuts, and oatmeal while you mix your large batches of cookie dough. Due to the powerful nature of the Bosch Universal Mixer, it is strongly recommended to use with splash ring locked in place.
